What a mind-blowing experience! The staff at this hotel were super helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The location was perfect, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a quiet room. The late check-in and check-out times were jaw-droppingly convenient for us. The staff went above and beyond to help us find the hotel and even assisted with parking. And when I had a tooth problem late at night, the receptionist was a lifesaver, finding the medication I needed. We are so glad we chose to stay here and will definitely be back when we visit again. Free wi-fi, car park, restaurant, flat-screen TV - everything we needed!

our recent stay in lourdes was made even more special thanks to royal. from the accommodating staff who went above and beyond, to the clean and well-equipped rooms, we were thoroughly impressed. the location was perfect, with countless dining options nearby and easy access to the shrine. royal truly exceeded our expectations.

Great value for money, the room wassuper clean and cozy, and the location was ideal. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. They even provided a wheelchair for my mother, a huge help.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.
